1. Type of Service Delivery

Learn Quran Classes delivers online Quran education exclusively through one-on-one live sessions. All classes are conducted remotely using secure online communication platforms.

There is no physical delivery of books, materials, or services.

2. Mode of Delivery

  • Live, interactive one-on-one classes

  • Conducted via approved online platforms (video/audio sessions)

  • Students attend classes from their own location using an internet-enabled device

3. Class Scheduling

  • Class schedules are arranged mutually between the student and tutor

  • Time slots are based on availability and time zone preferences

  • Any schedule changes must be communicated in advance

4. Access Requirements

To attend online classes, students are responsible for having:

  • A stable internet connection

  • A computer, tablet, or smartphone

  • Basic audio/video capability

Learn Quran Classes is not responsible for disruptions caused by the student’s technical issues.

5. Missed or Rescheduled Sessions

  • Missed classes due to student absence may not be refunded

  • Make-up classes may be offered at our discretion if prior notice is given

6. Service Availability

Our virtual services are available to students worldwide, subject to tutor availability and agreed schedules.
